Overview

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Botaniq purchase. This policy outlines the full terms of our return and refund process. Please read it carefully before initiating a return.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your item is delivered to request a return. After 30 days from the delivery date, we are unable to accept return requests.

Who Qualifies for a Return?

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Your return request is submitted within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date.
  • The item is in its original, unopened packaging (for hygiene and supplement safety reasons).
  • You have proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt).

Non-returnable items: Opened supplement bottles cannot be returned unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@usebotaniq.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a return authorization number. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item was damaged upon arrival or the wrong item was sent. In those cases, Botaniq will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.

  • Restocking fee: None.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Any upsell charges, expedited processing fees, or insurance costs are non-refundable.

Refund Process & Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email within 3-5 business days of receipt. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Most banks take 2-4 business days to post the credit to your account after we process it.

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us at info@usebotaniq.com and request your Authorization Number to provide to your bank if needed.

Partial Refunds

Items not returned in their original packaging may be subject to a partial refund of up to 70% of the item's purchase price, at our discretion.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us at info@usebotaniq.com within 30 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will send a replacement at no charge via expedited shipping.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, the order may have already been processed and shipped, and we are unable to guarantee cancellation. Please contact us immediately at info@usebotaniq.com if you need to cancel.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your original item (subject to the conditions above) and place a new order.
